On behalf of our school community I would like to welcome you to St Edward's CE Primary School.

Our aim is to provide an exciting, memorable and rounded education for all pupils. Inclusivity is fundamental to this, we see no limits to every child reaching their potential. Pupils are not afraid to make mistakes in order to learn, evident in our “Growth Mindset” approach to learning. This allows them to develop proficient learning skills and acquire a body of knowledge which can be built upon at every stage of their education.

Central to our broad and balanced curriculum are our learning values of resilience, self- motivation, collaboration, creativity, independence and confidence. For us learning has no boundaries but many links and connections, the classroom is only one context for this to take place.

We celebrate the fact that learning is a life long journey where pupils not only understand their place within their home locality but also their role within a global community and all of the opportunities that this presents.

As a Church School we welcome families of all faiths and no faith. Our Christian Vision of "Love Each Other and Know You Are Loved" underpinned by the core Christian values of love, trust and forgiveness are at the heart of all we do. This ensures St Edward's is a welcoming, inclusive, kind, happy and successful school, values so evident in our strong partnership with Condover CE Primary.
